God's Love Stories .... lots of links
I'm not even sure why I'm calling these God's Love Stories, except that they point to God and us working toward God's kingdom here and near us.
Plus, there were a lot of really good links and I needed to close some tabs on my browser.

- 'Slow Activism': Organizing to the Tune of a Different Piper by Maxwell Grant at The BTS Center
- My Slower Paced Blog by Michel Boyett at found grace. Which pretty much sums up why I blog infrequently. 'Cause I don't wanna.
- The Spiritual Practice of Saying 'No' by Nadia Bolz-Weber at Patheos
- Why I Don't Go To Church by DL Mayfield
- I Am A Plus Size Woman Who Wore a Low Rise Bikini to the Beach and This is What Happened by Marie Southard Ospina at Bustle
- Nadia Bolz-Weber was invited to share a brief video at an online church conference. She turned it over to members of her church. Beautiful and true.
- Girl Starts Positive Post It Day (FaithTap) after being bullied
- This blog post has the world's most boring title, but it's Gary Hall's homily on the kingdom being a wedding feast (from Matthew) at Ah, Yes. Just really neat.
- The Diversity of Islam by Nicholas Kristof at the New York Times. Worth reading. "Beware of generalizations about any faith because they sometimes amount to the religious equivalent of racial profiling. ... Christianity encompassed the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and also the 13th century papal legate who in France ordered the massacre of 20,000 Cathar men, women and children for heresy, reportedly saying: Kill them all; God will know his own."
And to end with a delightful song written based on text between Jennifer and Joe Fulwiler about their kids. (I read Jennifer's blog Conversion Diary)
